Applicant Request

Replacement in-kind of existing rooftop decking, railing, and screen walls. Installation of new TPO membrane roofing. Trex decking will replace existing pressure-treated wood decking, including 1 by 6 Trex edge board at the perimeter of the deck. New "viewrail" black aluminum horizontal cable railing system. New privacy fence/screening walls between individual units (replacing existing). Visibility from the street is not increased, all work includes in-kind replacement, railings and walls will not increase in height.
