2. 5. Providing documentation to the Knox County Department of Engineering and Public Works for their review and approval on how the stormwater detention facilities for this site will be coordinated with the stormwater detention facilities for the Jefferson Park West Subdivision.
6. All site lighting shall be deflected, shaded and focused away from all adjoining property. There shall be no lighting for night use of the outdoor basketball court.
7. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Department of Engineering and Public Works.
8. Obtaining approval and recording a final plat for this site.
9. Meeting all applicable requirements of the Knox County Zoning Ordinance.
