The zoning ordinances and minimum subdivision regulations as presented here are not legal documents. They do not replace or amend the existing ordinances and regulations maintained by MPC. Further, presentation of this information here does not replace or amend the procedures and regulations governing the publication of agency information. Downtown Design Design Review Board.

The Board meets the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 4:00 pm
in the Small Assembly Room of the City County Building, unless otherwise noted.
