GUIDELINES: AUTHENTICATION
|
| These Design Guidelines for the Tennessee Technology Corridor have been prepared pursuant to Private Chapter #148 of the Private Acts of 1983 of the State of Tennessee creating the Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Authority (TTCDA). The Development Authority is an instrumentality of Knox County charged with the overall planning for, and implementation of, the Tennessee Technology Corridor Development Concept. This concept seeks to maintain a very high quality physical environment conducive to the siting and expansion of high technology business and industry within the Corridor. |
| These Design Guidelines are intended to serve along with the Technology Corridor Comprehensive Development Plan as the basis for reviewing requests for "Certificates of Appropriateness" in accordance with State law. These Design Guidelines were adopted by TTCDD on November 2, 1993 and by the Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) on April 14, 1994. |
