New Information Available on MPC Website

Additional information has been added to the Meeting Information page of the MPC website along with a page for Pending Projects.

The Meeting Information page has been expanded to include even more details about upcoming MPC meetings. The “Plan Amendment and Rezoning Requests Announcement” is a listing of requests for plan amendments and rezonings that will be posted approximately 30 days before the meeting. Once the preliminary agenda is posted, this announcement will be removed because the preliminary agenda will contain updated information.

Under “Agenda Review Meeting Information” the agenda for each agenda review meeting, which is held at 11:45 a.m. on the Tuesday before the monthly MPC meeting, will be available the morning of the meeting and the minutes will be posted when they are available.

The agendas and minutes are available for “MPC Executive Committee Meetings.” These meetings are called on an as-needed basis.

The page for Pending Ordinance Amendments details Zoning Ordinance Amendments and Plan Updates currently in the works. However, this is not an exhaustive list and more information will be added as it becomes available.
