Staff Recommendation
ADOPT RESOLUTION #8-C-10-SP, amending the Northeast County Sector Plan to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) and recommend that Knox County Commission also adopt the sector plan amendment. (See attached resolution, Exhibit A.)
