Staff Recommendation
DENY Final Plat
Staff has recommended denial of this plat because the surveyor could not certify that there was the required sight distance at the entrance to the subdivision by the corrections deadline and the Joint Permanent Easement documents had not been approved at that time. Clearing and grading work has been completed at the entrance and the surveyor has now certified that the required sight distance exists. The final plat is now in order for approval subject to a waiver of the nine day rule.
