Staff Recommendation
APPROVE the revised development plan for a broadcasting tower and related structures and delete the previous condition of approval (7-M-00-UR) to remove the existing 1,066 foot broadcasting tower, subject to 4 conditions:
1. Meeting all applicable requirements of the City of Knoxville Zoning Ordinance.
2. Meeting all applicable requirements of the City of Knoxville Department of Engineering.
3. Meeting all requirements of the City of Knoxville Arborist.
